Peter Obi tenders key evidence at Presidential Tribunal

The Labor Party presidential candidate in the 2023 election, Peter Obi delivered key documents before the Presidential Election Petitions Court in Abuja, the capital of Nigeria.

Obi received important documents from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Obi’s legal team presented EC40G forms from ten Local Government Areas in the State of Niger.

The EC40G form is used by INEC to record the total number of voting units that have been canceled or failed to vote.

The Trial opened with Peter Obi against INEC, Bola Tinubu/Kashim Shettima, and the All Progressive Congress (APC).

In addition to EC40G forms, Obi also submitted five certified copies of INEC reports from the State of Niger.

During the previous trial, Obi submitted additional INEC documents as evidence and called for a witness to be subpoenaed, who provided video evidence that was viewed publicly in court.

The plaintiff, Obi, will continue to give evidence and call for more witnesses in subsequent sessions.
