Famous Nollywood actress and politician, Tonto Dikeh, has revealed that she almost became a pastor growing up.
According to the talented actress, she grew up in the church and held the positions of cell chief and worker.
Tonto Dikeh, who revealed this in a post on her Instagram page on Tuesday, shared how the values she instilled while growing up continue to influence her.
She said that regardless of the level of revealing and the nature of the job, she still prioritizes decency and feels uncomfortable when wearing revealing clothes.
Her words,
“I grew up in the church… I am the head of the cell. I am a department assistant. I almost became a pastor. I still have a 70% village mentality. I’m very uncomfortable with revealing clothes.”
In other news, Tonto Dikeh shared some key things she’s learned in her 38 years of existence.
On her Instagram page, the mother-of-one advises against revealing every detail of her life to family and friends, as she thinks it would be counterproductive.
She also said finding a way to end a broken relationship is a scam and it’s better to move forward and focus on rebuilding one’s life.
Going further, the 38-year-old actor emphasized the importance of having multiple sources of income. She also encourages people to explore opportunities to generate daily income, describing it as a modern form of self-love and self-care.
